When you need more staff, you need a good advertisement and a recruitment campaign to attract the right talent to your business.
I can help you with filtering applications, arranging (and leading if you'd prefer) interviews, sending out feedback and getting those employees into the business or generally consulting on hr services.
Once we've found the talent you need, I can help you with a good induction and on-boarding process. This will help your new employee to feel part of the team before their first day of work. I can also help here with contracts and employee handbooks, to ensure you have the correct policies and procedures in place.
These are invaluable - they help all parties to know what is expected during the working relationship and how to deal with any issues.

If you're not sure, you can check in with me first and we can talk through the legal implications and best practice procedures, with a view to reaching the best possible resolution for all involved.
There will come a time when one or more of your employees will leave your business. This could be for a number of reasons, including the 3 R's - resignation, retirement or redundancy.
You might also find yourself having to terminate an individual's employment because of gross misconduct, a capability or medical reason, or Some Other Substantial Reason (SOSR).
Again, process is the key here, along with compassion and remembering the 'human' part of Human Resources.
